I paid a premium price to have a room with an ocean view and my ocean view was blocked by your ceramic panther.
My room was directly above the bar band. The buffet breakfast is greatly overpriced with very little offered on the buffet. The dinner was terrible. I ordered shrimp risotto and received risotto with very little pieces of shrimp.

Amazing location with great service
The hotel resides on Coco Cabana Beach, boasting stunning vistas from its poolside area. With its contemporary design, the hotel offers spacious family suites, along with a delightful breakfast buffet each morning. Must try the exceptional Brazilian restaurant on-site.

The property was very loud the first night with both outdoor areas having rowdy guests until late hours (after midnight). Hotel staff was ineffective in managing them…even when some were in what was clearly intended to be a closed area (pool patio).

Nice hotel, slow service, good dinners, weak breakfasts
Room was very nice, housekeeping was exceptional, pool areas very nice, great drinks, great dinners, Rickerson at the front desk was wonderful in helping us, Sarah at the bar was great. Breakfasts weren’t good and weren’t cooked properly - fresh fruit was good, but not eggs or baked goods. Poolside service was so slow we often didn’t know if we had it. When changing shifts, cashing out while we were still staying was unprofessional and then service slowed further.
